World Trade Expo 2019
World Trade Expo 2019 provides a platform to meet, connect and explore investment opportunities from representatives of 30 countries, 50+ foreign business houses with operations in India and MSMEs from five Indian States. The participating countries will have key trade officials from Embassies, Consulates and Trade Offices to present on Trade and Investment Opportunities in their countries, while foreign business houses will showcase how they were able to integrate MSMEs into global value chains. MSMEs will display their products and services which are export ready. The Expo is open to business enterprises from all prominent sectors in Manufacturing, Agri & Food Processing as well as Services.
World Trade Expo 2019 will create new avenues for MSMEs, women entrepreneurs and start-ups to explore and interact with a view to tap the vast unexplored markets and seek potential buyers and collaborators.
The Expo will feature an exhibition, business-to-business meetings and country presentations.

World Trade Expo 2019 FAQS:
The World Trade Expo is an annually held flagship event of MVIRDC World Trade Center Mumbai. The World Trade Expo is an exhibition that will facilitate prospective collaborations between Indian and foreign businesses. Participating countries will get the opportunity to showcase their strengths in terms of business prospects while businesses will display their products and services. Businesses can explore opportunities in these countries arising from mutually beneficial partnerships.
Representatives from existing and aspiring businesses, exporters across sectors, start-ups, women entrepreneurs, industry clusters, MNCs, representatives from embassies, consulates, chambers of commerce, trade promotion organisations, besides all stakeholders from trade and industry can participate.
To understand the latest trends in businesses both domestically and abroad in terms of investment and marketing opportunities, technology advancements, innovations, schemes to all businesses.
All members are welcome to attend World Trade Expo. However a prior registration form has to be duly filled and sent to World Trade Center Mumbai. World Trade Center Mumbai can arrange Business-to-Business Meetings on both days.
MSMEs can connect with participating MNCs and learn how they can take advantage of integrating into Global Value Chains. They will get first-hand information on the upcoming trade fairs and exhibitions held in participating countries. It will benefit contract manufacturers and third party suppliers.
World Trade Expo 2019 will expand the reach of participating exhibitors in Indian and overseas markets. They can showcase their products and services to leverage business opportunities.

Government officials will be informed about the potential sectors for enhancing trade and investment in participating countries. There will be opportunities for collecting information on the recent initiatives undertaken in the focus sectors in manufacturing, agri & food processing and services.
Representatives from the countries will highlight the role of trade and industry in enhancing their bilateral relations with India and will focus on facilitating partnerships for mutually beneficial tie-ups. They will share insights of their unique offerings in order to promote business alliances.
World Trade Expo is a unique initiative for MSMEs to interact and network with diplomats from 30 countries – embassies, consulates, besides, and representatives from 50+ MNCs operating in India to explore business prospects in trade, technology and investments and accelerate foreign trade. Visitor’s business profile will be featured in a trade directory which will be made available to exhibitors as well as World Trade Centers across the globe to facilitate future business connections.
