1) Halls are rented out only for Corporate Events. No Religions and Political Events will be entertained.
2) Booking will be confirmed only on full payment of PROFORMA INVOICE AMOUNT .
3) Hall/room charges once paid are NOT REFUNDABLE.
4) However, Adjustable Deposit will be refunded after adjusting the dues.
5) In case of CANCELLATION, Hall/Room Charges will be forfeited.
6) POSTPONEMENT of Booking will not be allowed.
7) MODE OF PAYMENT
7.1) Can be a Credit Card / NEFT fund transfer /Demand Draft /Cheque
7.2) Cheque should be drawn in favour of “MVIRDC”
7.3) Payment can also be done through RTGS/NEFT as per Bank details given below :

8) While booking the Halls it is mandatory to share the PAN/Aadhaar Card Number in case of individuals and PAN Card & GST details along with Company profile in case of Corporates.
9) The backdrop displayed in the hall should compulsorily have the name of the Organiser / Host of the Meeting.
10) Meeting rooms will be available on all days between 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM excluding Sundays and approved Public Holidays. Additional charges will be applicable for the hall used beyond 6:00 PM.
11) MVIRDC members are entitled to a discount of 10% on the room rent.
12) Venues used on Sundays & public holidays will attract additional charges for Manpower, A.C. & Electricity if provided.
13) No LPG Cylinder will be allowed in Centre 1 Building.
14) In the case of Refunds, the balance amount will be refunded on receipt of TDS certificate.
15) Any deductions made from the payment on account of tax deduction at source as per Income Tax Act should be intimated in writing at the time of payment. In case of non-receipt of the deduction certificates within the prescribed time limit, we have the right to debit the deducted amount back to your account. We will not accept the deduction certificate once the prescribed time limit has elapsed. Your account will only be cleared on clearance on cheque in our account.
16) Photocopying, printouts, telephone calls etc. will be charged extra as per usage.
17) Audio visual equipment & Catering facilities must be taken from the Centers Service Providers only.
18) The Centre at its absolute discretion, also reserves its rights to amend and/or alter any of its terms & conditions and/or rules and regulations without notice.
19) The Centre will not be responsible for loss of cash/valuable/materials during the course of the meeting.
20) The client will be liable for any damage caused to Centre’s property or equipment by the client or client’s guests attending the event or the event management company employed by the client.
21) Car Parking in WTC compound is available at Rs. 200/- per car per day, subject to availability of parking space.
22) The Centre reserved the right to change the meeting rooms due to unavoidable circumstances.
