All payments are to be made through the Razorpay payment gateway. By proceeding with an online transaction, the payer agrees to the terms and policies contained herein. The Payment gateway shall not be used for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
Payment is deemed successful only upon confirmation received by MVIRDC through Razorpay’s automated system. MVIRDC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

We collect basic personal and transactional information required for payment processing, such as name, email address, mobile number, and transaction details.
MVIRDC does not sell or disclose user data to third parties. Data is shared only with Razorpay for payment processing.

Payments made to MVIRDC through Razorpay are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated for a specific service or event.
Refunds for duplicate or excess payments, if verified, will be processed within 7–15 working days.
Refund requests must be sent to wtc@wtcmumbai.org with proof of payment and valid justification.
Once a payment is successfully completed, cancellation of the transaction is not permitted unless otherwise notified by MVIRDC.
